    What We offer

    Built Stronger to Last

Our sheds use industrial grade I-beam and z-section frames, not light weight portal kits. They're hot dipped galvanised for maximum strength, durability and corrosion resistance in any environment.

    Designed for Bigger Spaces

Clear spans up to 36 metres, bay spacings to 9 metres and heights up to 7.5 metres give you open, functional floor space with fewer internal columns and greater operational efficiency.

    Fully Engineered & Compliant

Every building is custom engineered to Australian Standards with local wind and snow conditions, ensuring compliance, safety and long term performance.

    End to End Project Delivery

From concept and design through to permits and tendering, we manage the entire pre-construction process, giving you one seamless pathway to a ready to build package.

    Smarter Value for Money

Our systems balance strength, flexibility and efficiency, giving you the durability of heavy steel construction without the inflated cost of custom one off designs.

    Local Expertise & Reliable Partners

We work with proven Tasmanian designers, engineers and builders who understand industrial requirements, council processes and the unique conditions of your site.

    Tailored to your Operation

Every shed is designed around how you actually use the space, machinery, movement, workflow, storage, access and future expansion, not just standard dimensions.

    Backed by Warranty

All components are sourced within Australia and supported by long term structural and manufacturer warranties for peace of mind.

Our sheds use structural RHS and I-beam frames, not light cold formed steel. They deliver superior strength, stiffness, and long term robustness, allowing wider spans higher clearances and minimal flex under heavy use, built to handle real industrial loads not just look the part.

We are a complete commercial shed solution partner with a full design-to-build service. Unlike traditional shed suppliers who provide a kit and leave the rest to the buyer, Prime Commercial Sheds offers a complete project journey from concept to construction.

We provide site-specific design tailored for commercial use. We will also arrange any planning and building permits with your council and ensure structural compliance. We will address any potential issues that could arise, including fire protection/detection and access. This end-to-end approach removes confusion, reduces errors, and accelerates approvals.

We provide a clear pathway from sketch to final handover. This coordinated service ensures smoother execution, cost transparency, and fewer surprises.

At Prime Commercial Sheds, our buildings are crafted from high quality galvanised RHS/I-beam frames, engineered for strength, durability and long term performance.

    How it Works

    Our promise:
One contact, One strategy, Zero confusion!

Most shed companies outsource half the work and leave clients coordinating architect/building designers, engineers, surveyors, builders, and arranging permits with council. At Prime Commercial Sheds the process is simplified:

    • One team coordinating the entire journey
    • One strategy from site, concepts and structure
    • One standard of quality and expertise

    Frequently Asked Questions

How long does the full turnkey process take?

Typical design‑to‑handover is 8–12 weeks for standard commercial and rural sheds. Complex projects, bespoke engineering, or extended council approval processes can extend timelines; we provide a tailored schedule with every fixed‑price quote.

Do you manage all council permits and approvals?

Yes. PC Sheds prepares, lodges and manages planning, building and plumbing permits, plus required engineering certifications and inspections until final sign off.

Can I customise the layout, finishes and internal fit outs?

Absolutely. Layouts, cladding, insulation, door/window placement, mezzanines, crane rails and internal fit outs are all customisable and included in the concept and quote stage.

What warranties and aftercare do you provide?

We offer a 10 year structural warranty and a 12 month workmanship and coatings warranty as standard. Aftercare includes spare parts coordination, maintenance plans and a rapid response pathway for defects.

How do you price projects and what does “fixed price” cover?

We issue fixed price proposals based on confirmed scope, site constraints and permit requirements. The fixed price covers design documentation, fabrication coordination, standard delivery and erection by our builder panel; exclusions and upgrade options are clearly listed in the proposal.

Do your designs meet Tasmanian wind and snow requirements?

Yes. All PC Sheds designs are engineered and certified for Tasmanian wind, snow and seismic zones and include documentation required for council approval.

What information do you need to provide a quote?

Provide site address or nearest town, intended use, approximate building size, access constraints, and any available site plans or survey information. If you don’t have plans, we’ll perform a site feasibility assessment as part of the quote process.

How does your builder tender coordination work?

We run a controlled tender process with our vetted panel of licensed builders. You receive multiple tenders from builders who understand our systems, enabling price transparency, timeline comparison and reliable trade access.

What happens if unexpected site issues or delays occur?

We manage risk through early site assessment, buffer timelines and proactive communication. If issues arise, we coordinate variations, revised schedules and approvals with you and the builder panel to minimise disruption and cost shocks.

Do you supply rural and specialised shed types like cold storage or aviation hangars?

Yes. We supply a wide range of specialised rural and commercial buildings cold rooms, dairy and shearing sheds, grain storage, aviation hangars, workshops and more each delivered with purpose designed engineering and compliance documentation.
